We are excited to introduce premium cellaring for personal wine collections with a firm commitment to being good stewards of our environment.
Vino Veritas facilities are all being designed to make maximum use of the natural cooling and humidity provided by properly constructed caves deep underground. This centuries old strategy will enable our facilities to be up to 90% more energy efficient than comparable above ground refrigerated storage.
Our additional green mandates also include:
- On-site solar power generation
- Low-power & solar illumination wherever possible
- On-site rainwater & grey water recycling
- Carefully selected site landscaping that guards against erosion, protects against fire, and has sustainable water use
